Our Mission
Our mission is to support young people to reach their potential and live independent and successful lives.
The Integral Care Group provide safe, supported homes for young people who have previous experiences of the care system. Our offer prepares young people for independent living by providing tailored and individualised programmes of support, ensuring they have the life skills necessary to become successful independent adults.
Every child who enters our provision is given a thorough and holistic assessment in order to understand their needs. Our offer includes provision to address barriers to success and ongoing therapeutic intervention, mental health support and the life skills curriculum is an integral part of each young persons placement.
Through our strong community links and extensive mentoring network we work collaboratively, seeking to ensure every young person is given the cultural capital to successfully transition to independent living and make the right choices. We place a strong emphasis on providing role models from each young person's community who can support them and provide positive career guidance.
The comfort and familial feel of our homes mean young people are cared for, challenged and supported not just during their placement but post transition in order to maximise their chances of long term success.
